from sketch to storefront, the system held. we developed the brand end-to-end—identity, voice, and full guidelines—then translated it into product with tech packs, custom measurements, and fabric/fit r&d. the shopify build launched clean and fast; campaign shoots and bts fed a social program that kept demand warm between drops. the two opening collections sold through, and the café integration made the brand tangible with an added experience.
