launch a new brand with real momentum. what was needed: a clear identity carried through product, site, social, and retail café fast sampling and fit decisions to hit tight release windows content that could fuel both campaigns and day-to-day social operations ready to scale.

we translated the brand language into production standards, set a disciplined sampling cadence, and built a content engine around campaign shoots and bts. retail creative covered menus, cups, signage, billboards, and counter collateral—one system everywhere.

from sketch to storefront, the system held. we developed the brand end-to-end—identity, voice, and full guidelines—then translated it into product with tech packs, custom measurements, and fabric/fit r&d. the shopify build launched clean and fast; campaign shoots and bts fed a social program that kept demand warm between drops. the two opening collections sold through, and the café integration made the brand tangible with an added experience.

what worked: disciplined sampling (proto → sms → pp), clear production standards, and a social creative strategy. the result was pace with control—coherent branding, reliable timelines, and a platform ready to scale.
